When you shop ZAXZO you get pieces that are made to last. Most of the metal component are made and sourced in North America. Every piece contains reclaimed and/or up-cycled metal.
All stones I use are ethically sourced to minimize the environmental impact of mining as well as protecting the health of workers in mining and cutting. My personal commitment includes maximizing the use of renewable energy with solar energy, using upcycled paper packaging that’s made in the USA. Minimizing the use of plastics and reusing plastic wherever I can, for storing parts and pieces.

Hello, I’m Sus. My ancestors are Jelling Vikings. Yes, I’m a solid Danish, Finnish, Scottish, English, Irish mix :). I love creating and feel blessed that I get to make jewelry every day. We live in the Rocky Mountains. If you’re in Colorado you can find my husband and me at one of the local Celtic festivals or Scottish games.

I offer a 14-day return policy. If you wish to return an item, you must request a return within 14 days of receiving the order.
Ensuring Your Order is Correct
I prioritize customer satisfaction and want to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. Therefore, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. This will allow me to evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to make things right.
Requirements for a Return
In order to qualify for a return, the item you received must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you. It should be unworn or unused, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. Furthermore, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to me at estore@zaxzo.com, and I'll provide the necessary instructions to facilitate the return process. It's essential to note that I only accept authorized returns and cannot process any returns that lack prior authorization.
Return and Refund Policy
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will inform you about its approval status. If approved, I will automatically refund the amount to your original payment method within 2 business days. Kindly note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Please be aware that original shipping service costs are not included in shop refunds.
