Hello, I'm Lauren Rodenborn, I'm the owner and maker for https://tiatutustrinkets.com/ . I enjoy working with resin and beautiful stones. I make all the jewelry I sell on goimagine as well as my own website.
Bracelets with straps:
If you would like to shorten the length of the nylon cord strap, you can knot it and cut it where you'd like, you will need to add glue to the knot to prevent it from slipping open (I use super glue), don't forget to try it on one last time before you glue the knot and cut the strap.
Goldfish pendants and earrings:
The goldfish pendants are all one of a kind, I list each one with pictures showing the exact one that will be shipped to you. I make the goldfish myself from a mold. I use sand, dried moss, crushed and died seashells, small whole seashells and needles from an artificial Christmas tree to decorate them, In the background is glitter.
Earrings:
Most of my earrings are made of resin using a mold or an aluminum wire frame.

I use sand, dried moss, crushed and died seashells, small whole seashells and needles from an artificial Christmas tree to decorate them, In the background is glitter.
Shop Policies
All my products are made and ready for shipping.
I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Contact me within 30 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 30 days of delivery or 5 business days after approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. I do keep a record of all sales on-line and will consider this your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact me 24/7 using the contact maker button on the front page of my shop, if your return is accepted, you will be responsible for shipping costs, I will send you instructions where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact me for any return question using the contact maker button.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will be responsible for the cost of shipping on returns for damaged items or wrong items sent.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me.
