In the Indian practice of Ayurveda, Gotu Kola helps your skin to restore its elasticity and firmness, which helps stimulate collagen production, it may also protect your skin from free radicals and UV rays. Gotu kola helps in forestalling the presence of wrinkles, pigmentation, stretch marks, and other aging issues, It is even accepted to be proficient in battling Cellulite because of its firming properties. Gotu Kola is considered to have a cooling effect on the skin and stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid in the skin, it helps increase antioxidant activity bringing more oxygen and nutrients to the skin. Gotu Kola is an adaptogen plant helping the skin adapt to protect itself from environmental stress.
Cupuacu Butter help improve the appearance of premature aging and thinning skin, and it is a fantastic moisturizer with excellent water absorption. The butter penetrates the skin quickly while retaining moisture and effectively prevents Transepidermal Water Loss (TEWL).
Pomegranate Oil is an excellent choice for anti-aging products, even a small amount can make a difference. It helps with elasticity and it is deeply nourishing. Potent antioxidant activities for polyphenols extracted from pomegranate seed oil were also demonstrated in studies.

Green Leaf Suds is a woman-owned and operated business created in New York, USA with sustainability in mind. My name is Syntra I am the founder of Green Leaf Suds. I grew up living on a sunny Caribbean island, where everything was lush and green. My grandparents came to this island from India, they were vegan and lived an Organic Ayurvedic lifestyle, using ingredients from nature they created almost everything that sustains their existence, nothing was wasted, and nothing was destroyed. I was inspired to use this knowledge passed down to me, using organic plant products such as; oils, leaves, butter, and roots to create products that embrace the eco-friendly, minimalism, vegan lifestyle. I am also an Organic Skincare Formulator by profession. With the evolving demand for handmade vegan and natural skincare, I believe that having formal training is necessary to understand the nature, sustainability, and process of creating natural products that are safe by using the plethora of plant-based ingredients available to us in our ecosystem.
