This heat transfer vinyl decal can be easily applied to cotton, polyester, or cotton/poly blends using an iron or heat press. Please read the application instructions prior to purchasing. The Tiger's Trunk cannot be held accountable for any incidents during the transfer process. If you lack the confidence to apply the HTV decal, it is recommended to seek assistance from a professional heat press service at a nearby business.

- Instructions for applying your decal to Cotton or Cotton/Poly Blends (The Tiger's Trunk is not responsible for mishaps during the transfer process):
- Remove wax paper.
- Heat your iron to 300-320 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place your decal on your project sticky side down. You can pick it up and re-place it at any point before applying heat. If your design contains multiple pieces or layers, make sure to apply the bottom layer first and work your way up applying each layer individually.
- Once you are certain of placement, apply heat over the design are for 5-10 seconds per section.
- Slowly begin peeling the carrier sheet away. If the vinyl peels with the plastic, repeat step 4.
- Instructions for applying your decal to 100% Polyester:
- Remove wax paper.
- Heat your iron to 300-315 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Preheat fabric by applying the iron to the fabric for 5-10 seconds.
- Place your decal on your project sticky side down. Make sure to place it carefully and accurately, as it may be difficult or impossible to move around since your fabric will already be warm. If your design contains multiple pieces or layers, make sure to apply the bottom layer first.
- Apply heat for 10 seconds without a teflon sheet and then for 15 more seconds with a teflon sheet (not included with purchase; a dry washrag will work if you do not have this).
- Wait a full minute before slowly peeling up your carrier sheet. If the vinyl peels with the plastic, repeat step 5.
- If the vinyl starts to peel, simply cover it with a washcloth or Teflon sheet and re-iron. Do not apply the iron directly onto the vinyl.
- To avoid any delays, ensure the accuracy of your shipping address before finalizing your order. In the event that an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee will be required before it can be resent.

My name is Kristia, and I am a former mental health counselor turned entrepreneur. I made the decision to step out of the professional workforce to spend more quality time with my family. I knew I wanted to be there for every milestone, every moment of joy, and every memory that I could make with them.
Stepping out of my career as a mental health counselor was a big decision, but one that I felt was necessary for my family. The flexibility of being a stay-at-home mom was something I was looking forward to, but I also wanted to keep my creative side alive and continue to contribute to my family financially. This is where the idea of starting my own business came in.
My husband is a professional designer, and we decided to start a shop where we could put his love for design and my creativity and passion for helping others into good use. We offer made-to-order custom designs. Running a creative business is the perfect balance between pursuing my own interests and spending time with my family. Running our shop allows me to set my own work hours, so I can prioritize my family while still keeping my creative side alive.
I never expected to find so much joy and fulfillment in running our business. Every day, I get to connect with our customers and hear their stories. These connections bring so much joy to my life and I am grateful for every story that I get to be a part of.

If all information required to complete an order is not provided at the time the order is placed, or if we have further questions, we will email you to request additional details. Failure to reply may result in longer processing times or the cancellation of your order.
We do not offer rush processing.
Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges
Our official policy is that we accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase. The reason for this is that we may have purchased supplies or begun the process of making your order after that. However, if you find that you need to cancel your order after that time frame, please do send us an inquiry. We may still be able to cancel for you, depending on where we are in the status of your order.
We do not accept Returns or Exchanges on the following:
- personalized items
- items that have been altered from the original listing
- theme items after the holiday or event has passed
Should you find that you need to return or exchange an eligible item, you will be responsible for all shipping expenses. We will send you a purchase link that will include tracked return postage to us as well as tracked postage to ship your new item back to you if you’re completing an exchange. Your item will not be refunded until it is received back to us in new, unused, and un-altered condition.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message with pictures so that we may know the best way to proceed. Claims with pictures must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item. If your claim is found to be shop error or shipping damage, the customer will not be responsible for shipping or replacement costs.
All return shipping labels must be used within 5 days of issuance, or they will be cancelled and the return/exchange will be voided. Once an item is received back to us in the condition in which it was received, we will refund or replace the item.
Processing and Shipping
We do not offer an option for expediting processing times. All orders are processed in a first come, first served manner. To expedite an order would mean to have customers jump the line, and we don't think that's fair to the other customers. You are responsible for checking our current processing times and purchasing the appropriate shipping selection. If you purchase more than one item, the latest processing time applies since all shipping is combined. We do not guarantee arrival dates, only ship-by dates.
Many of our items include free shipping. The purchase of the item entitles the buyer to one (1) free Ground Advantage shipping label. The return of a package to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address is subject to the buyer paying shipping costs in order to have a package re-shipped to them.
Orders over $100 will require a signature upon delivery, so please be aware of that when placing your order.
We do not change any information that you enter when you place your order. It is automatically imported to our shipping labels. The return of a package to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address is subject to the buyer paying shipping costs in order to have a package re-shipped to them.
If an item is lost in transit, we will make it right by replacing the item; however, we cannot consider your package to be lost unless it has not received any tracking updates for more than 30 days.
Please follow these steps when a package shows as delivered but is not in your possession:
- Wait at least two extra business days from the time the USPS website states that the package was delivered. There have been instances of USPS marking packages as delivered and they show up a couple of days later.
- If it was delivered to your physical address, please check with all members of your household to assure that someone else did not fetch the package from the mailbox.
- Check with all close neighbors to see if the package was accidentally left in their mailbox.
- Contact your local USPS office (the one that delivers your mail) and ask for the GPS location of where the package was delivered. Do not call the 800 number - look up the actual post office location number.
- If your package is still not found, please call your local police and file a police report for mail theft. Please then provide a copy of this report to The Tiger's Trunk, LLC.
*Upon receipt of a police report, The Tiger's Trunk, LLC, may opt to mail a replacement package to another address of your choosing.
*If GPS confirms delivery but the package is missing, it could be mail theft. We're sorry, but with a confirmed delivery, we cannot act as your insurance company to replace the package for free. It’s my job to pack it safely for delivery; it’s your job to make sure it has a safe location for delivery.
*If your package was stolen, we are unable to ship or sell you a replacement with any discount and cannot ship an order to the same address from which the package was stolen. Any orders purchased that ship to the same address as the stolen package will be canceled and refunded immediately.
