Shirts that list grandchildrens' names are priced with 3 names, additional names are $5 each. The title "Grandpa" can also be changed to Papa, Poppy, Gramps etc. For proud parents, we can even change the titles to Mom and Dad.
Shirts are offered in black, gray, white, light pink, and indigo blue. Gray shirts tend to ship quicker because I try to keep gray in stock.
I will message you a mockup for approval before I stitch your shirt. Make sure to check your messages so that your purchase is not delayed.

Meet the Maker
Crafting, sewing and embroidery have always been a part of my life. I can remember my Grandmother cutting out fabric for me to hand sew clothes for my Barbie dolls. Later my mom helped me sew clothes on the sewing machine and also started me doing hand embroidery. And I poured over all my Mom's Pack-O-Fun magazines for crafting ideas. I continued all of these hobbies and spent lots of time doing the same with my own kids. Eventually, I moved up to machine embroidery and made many personalized gifts for friends and family. It wasn't long before friends and family started asking if they could buy the items so they could also use them as gifts. And thus, Embroidery Station was born. I love creating practical and useful gifts for special and memorable occasions.

How it’s Made
I use professional embroidery software to help create the requested monogram design. I then mark the design placement on the shirt, attach the shirt to the correct hoop and connect to my professional embroidery machine. I place the requested thread color on the machine and thread the machine. After stitching, I remove the shirt from the machine and hoop, trim excess threads, remove any topping and package the shirt for shipping.

Returns and exchanges
Because my items are personalized and made to order, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations BUT please contact me if you have any problems with your order. If I have made a mistake or an item is defective, I will correct your order.
Shipping
All of the items in my shop are made to order, so I will ship them as soon as I have them made and/or personalized them. I pride myself with the fact that my items are shipped quickly after you place your order. I try to ship all items within 3-5 business days. Most items are shipped sooner. I ship my items with USPS Ground or Priority Mail and try to use mailing envelopes so that my customers pay the lowest possible price for shipping. Signature confirmation is included for all packages over $200. Seller will not be held responsible for orders that have been scanned in as delivered by USPS and then missing/stolen from your porch or mailbox. This is theft and should be reported to the USPS and police by the customer. Seller is not responsible for USPS damage, delays or lost packages. We will do everything we can to help the customer find the package and will help in filing damaged item or lost package reports. Insufficient Address, Unclaimed, and Returned Packages Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. Returned without Authorization & Unclaimed Shipments - Personalized items are custom made to order just for you therefore we do not accept returns. Any items returned without authorization after delivery confirmation will be held and reshipped only at the customers request and expense. After 30 days, unclaimed and returned packages will be donated to charity. Customs and import taxes Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. *Tee Shirts by default ship 1st Class which takes about 4-6-5 days for shipping.
*Sweatshirts by default ship Priority Mail which takes about 2-3 days for shipping.
Please Contact Me if you wish to purchase a Priority Mail upgrade for any item.
USPS estimates Ground Shipping takes 4-6 days.
USPS estimates Priority Shipping Takes 3-4 days
I can only guarantee my ship by date which is noted in each listing.
Colors
Colors always vary by computer screens. We do the best to represent everything correctly but cannot be held liable for computer screen differences. Please request specific thread colors when ordering. When requesting thread colors it is helpful to state the thread color number followed by the name you expect it to be (i.e. 3015 true red). If specific colors are not requested (or insufficient order information), we will send you a message asking for the thread color (or missing information). If you don't reply, embroidery will be completed as shown in the listing pictures or with a neutral thread color at our disgression. We are not responsible for order delays from us not being able to get in touch with you. Please check your Goimagine messages and email. We do not offer refunds/cancellation for orders that are delayed due you not responding.
Monogram Order
Our MOST COMMON QUESTION is the MONOGRAM ORDER.
INDIVIDUAL MONOGRAM TRADITIONS
Same Size Letters: first letters of their first, middle and last name, in that order.
Larger Middle Letter: first letters of their first, last and middle names, in that order. The surname is always the centered, largest font.
***These are the more “traditional monogram rules,” there are no right and wrong ways to create monograms
COUPLE MONOGRAM TRADITIONS Surname initial in the middle and first letter of each individuals first name goes on either side of the surname initial.
Please include the full name when using initials so that I can make sure the initials are embroidered in the correct order. i.e. When choosing 3 Letter Point Initials, you can put SRA for Susan Anne Raymond.
If you have the initials in the wrong order or I am uncertain if you have the initials in the correct order, I will message you to double check. If you do not respond to our message asking for personalized details before the Ship By date, we may delay your shipment for a few more days and then embroider as your order indicated. Please watch your messages from Goimagine and/or email for order questions. We do not accept returns or cancellations due to customers not responding to messages and /or emails.
