This guitar hanger comes predrilled and with 4 screws, 4 plastic ribbed anchors, and soft self-adhesive fabric that you can put on the hanger to protect guitar head.
Fits guitars with nut width 2 inch and less. The guitar holder has bass clef on the left side and mirrored bass clef on the right side (see on photo)
