Kerry enjoys the entire process, from setting up the design on the computer to engraving, cleaning, and packaging the final product. His skills and dedication ensure that each item is crafted to perfection.
Mollie
Mollie, who still works in the corporate world, plays a crucial role in the business by managing the computer systems, website, and customer service. Her expertise helps streamline operations, allowing Kerry to focus on his craft. Together, they make a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized products to their customers.
Our Process
At Golden Arm Creations, the process begins with carefully considering the customer's design request. Kerry then sets up the engraving machine, ensuring precision and quality in each piece. After engraving, the products are meticulously cleaned and packaged. We use high-quality faux leather for our tags, ensuring durability and a premium look.
