About this Product
These fall gnomes can be made in any color you want. They are 4" tall and hand painted by me using an acrylic paint. Because they are all hand painted, they could vary slightly in appearance from the pictures. I use the same paint, but I do the broom, hair and beard in layers to add depth so no one statue will be identical. I hand paint a glossy sealer on them to make them easier to dust. if you need to clean them, DO NOT SOAK, but use a damp rag. if needed, a mild soap, like a dish soap, can be used.

I will always work with you. If I have made a mistake, I will always correct it at my expense. Send me a message and let me know what the problem is. If you receive something and you don't like it, unless it is personalized, just send it back to me in the original condition, and i will refund your money. You will be responsible for postage in this case. But again, message me and we can chat about it. If you order something personalized, and you are not happy, contact me and we can chat about it. I usually make personalized sales final, but let me know the issue and maybe i can resolve it. If something is broken when it arrives, contact me. Seriously, if you have any issue, lets just chat and see what we can do to fix it. Your are extremely important to me. I will always do my best to help. I do have another shop on another platform and so i know that issues can occasionally arise. I have always taken care of my customers and always will. That said, I have also been scammed and i know what that looks like.
