Two oval heat antiqued go-go style, hammered and convex dapped 1& 1/8 in long x 5/8 inch brass components have three sterling silver teardrop dangles that playfully dance with each movement. The contrast of the two metals is bold and very attractive. The ear wires are manufactured French hook style and made from quality sterling silver for less metal allergy worries. They are lightweight for easy, all day wear.

How it’s Made
Two raw brass hammered go-go style components are prepared first by filing and sanding the edges,, drilling the needed holes, cleaned and then given an antiqued finish by torch heating each one. Then they are given a ride in the tumbler with steel shot for a couple of hours to burnish and further clean the metal. While that is being done, I assemble the dangles using quality sterling silver teardrop and smaller round beads on headpins. those are attached to the brass component with jumprings and manufactured sterling ear wires are attached. Then the finished earrings go into the tumbler again to burnish and shine them.
