I make jewelry because I love the process of creating. My goal is to share with you individual and unique jewelry designs that are affordable - jewelry you want to wear everyday! I love the process of creating and sharing what I make with others.
Aurora Metal and Glass is an individual artist shop (just me) tucked away in the woods outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. Each piece I make is handmade from start to finish. I make all of the ring mountings and shanks by hand, and I use traditional cabochon bezel setting methods.
How it’s Made
The ring band is made using a hammered piece of pure copper wire from a savaged electrical cable. The rhodonite stone is 6 mm in diameter, and all natural.
