Hand Crocheted Short Scarf with a Key Hole End with Fringe in White Beige and Cream

1 item(s) available

Scarf Description:  This hand crocheted scarf is a shorter scarf with a keyhole at one end.  You would place the other end of the scarf through the key hole to secure around your neck.  Instead of using the key hole, you can also secure with your favorite pin or brooch.  The yarns in this scarf are are acrylic and an acrylic and polyester blend and include:  a white eyelash yarn, a beige eyelash yarn, a white yarn, a cream yarn, a beige yarn, and a cream chenille yarn.  I have hand crocheted fringe on each end of the scarf.  I then hand knotted the fringe to ensure it does not unravel. You can wear the scarf with the ends down the front or on either side.

Measurements:  The scarf is 34 inches long and 6 1/2 inches wide.  Fringe is about 4 inches long, giving the scarf a longer look.  From the center of the keyhole to the other end of the scarf is 29 inches.

Processing:  This item is a finished product.  My processing time takes 1-3 days based on USPS holidays and Sundays.

Washing instructions:  Hand wash in cool soapy water.  Be sure your soap is a mild soap and you will only need to use just a little soap.  Rinse, then lay the item in a towel and roll the towel with the scarf inside.  Then press out the excess water.  Then lay the scarf flat to dry.  Once dry, if the scarf needs a bit of fluffing, you can place in a cool dryer for 1-2 minutes with a dryer sheet.

Environment:  This item was crafted in a smoke free and pet free home.

Packaging:  My packaging for my crocheted items is that I place them in a food grade plastic bag and place them in a mailing envelope.  If it is one of my larger items I will use a box.  The plastic protects the item in shipping in case the envelope or box gets wet.  Once you receive the hand crocheted item, shake it to fluff.  The scarf could smell a bit like the plastic bag when you get it...a bit of time out of the bag and this smell should go away.

Color: Colors may very just a bit based on the difference in electronic devices.

Thank you for stopping by!  My name is Terri.  I love to make jewelry, and I will make jewelry out of most anything!   I have been crocheting since I was six and love combining yarns for a unique texture and look.  If you have been to my shop before, be sure to sort by newly listed so you can see my new additions.  Let me know if you have any questions on my items.

And...yes, in the pic my readers do have the sticker showing the strength.  I have them in different strengths throughout the house.  I leave them on the readers so that if I pic up an older pair with a lower strength, I can look at the sticker and not think I am going blind!

In this picture I am making dainty little necklaces and hair bows for my granddaughter.  I make my jewelry in the formal dining room.  My husband said we should not have bought a house with a formal living and dining room, because we do not use them.  Well, I am using them now!!!  I have foil down on my table to protect it...and it forms to the table so it worked well, and rubber gloves on so I do not burn my fingers while making the bows!  Just in case you were wondering...and, my mouth is open cuz I am talking.

And...When I mention in my listings that colors can vary by monitors...I spelled it very!  Too many to change!
