Hand Painted Arashi Shibori Silk Scarf - Hand Dyed Silk - Art to Wear in shades of Warm Brown and Cool Dark Brown. This silk scarf is a subtle accessory and works well with other gold or bronze accessories. It won't steal the show, but adds a bit of sparkle to any outfit. The scarf is square and measures 35" x 35".
Habotai silk is also called "China Silk", it is very lightweight and breezy. This piece is 8mm Habotai silk with a hand rolled hem, and has a bit more shine than Crepe de Chine. It's great for adding a pop of color without being too warm.

Care: Silk is a protein, like your hair. When needed, wash in cool water with a few drops of shampoo. Rinse, and roll up in a big fluffy towel to remove the rest of the water (never ring silk, the fibers are strong but short and wringing may damage your silk). I like to iron my pieces on silk setting, no steam to finish drying. But, if you allergic to ironing, you can simply hang your scarf to finish drying.
