About this Product
This hand forged maple leaf dish is one of a kind. I start by cutting the shape out of a sheet of steel. I spend way too much time with files getting it to the right shape. Each vein is put in by hand, and the leaf is shaped with fire hammer and sweat. The piece is then polished and flame colored. I use a protective lacquer to preserve the color and shine. This is a decorative piece, not for use with food. It works as a candle dish, ring dish, or just a decoration on its own.
