These hand forged set of 3 shish kebob skewers are made from 1/8 inch stock heated, hammered, and twisted into shape. The extra material around the handle helps the loop from heating up to quickly. and the twist in the shaft help to prevent the meat from twisting on the grill. The skewers are seasoned hot with food safe, bee's wax. Just treat them like a cast iron skillet. Happy grilling!
