The bear with a heart is a perfect gift for babies, kids or big people. The Teddy Bear is hand knitted with mixed yarn (49% wool and 51% acrylic). The stuffing is hypoallergenic poly fill. The warm and cuddly bear is 8" tall in sitting position and 12" wide around the tummy. The eyes, nose and mouth are embroidered. The knit bear has a small red felt heart on the right side of the body. The toy has no buttons or plastic parts. The bear with red nose is hand knitted in a smoke free environment.

I learned how to knit when I was 8 years old. I wanted to knit clothes for my dolls, and my mother gave me needles and some yarns. I enjoy making knitted toys, especially stuffed small animals.
My sister was always fascinated with people using pottery wheels. She likes the clay's softness and malleability. The clay doesn't' always do what the potter wants. Finding the balance between her hands and clay's plasticity is almost a Zen moment for her!
