How it’s Made
This 22” wide star is built from individual wooden pieces, carefully cut and joined to form a precise five-point star. After assembly, the surface is flame-distressed to bring out the wood grain’s natural character.
Each of the 50 stars is hand-carved—not machined. The flag design is then hand-stained, letting the natural tones and texture of the wood come through. No paint. No shortcuts.
After detailing, the entire piece is sealed with a protective finish so it can be hung inside or outside (under a covered area to keep it safe from harsh weather).
