How it’s Made
First we paint a 1x6 in the blue color and let dry before putting it on the cnc and carving in 20 stars
Then that piece receives 2 coats of exterior polyurethane
We cut the five stripes from a 1 x 3 and paint 3 red and 2 white
Then the stripes are secured to a wasteboard keeping them pushed together
The stripes on the wasteboard are put on the cnc and the state shape is carved across the stripes
Then the state pocket is painted in black
The star piece and the stripes are put into jigs and the pilot holes for the hanging hardware are drilled
The eye loops and hooks are installed and the red, white, and blue twine is added
