About this Product
This ain’t your average flag.
Every inch of this piece is made by hand—real tools, real sweat, and a whole lot of love for country. The 50 stars? Carved one-by-one. The eagle and “We the People” script? Burned by hand, not lasered, not printed, and definitely not mass-produced.
? I don’t torch the design—I use a pyrography pen to get every detail just right.
? The wood is flame-finished to bring out the grain and give it that rich, rustic look.
? Sealed up and ready to hang inside or out.

Meet the Maker
How it’s Made
This flag was crafted from a single solid piece of wood—no glued boards, no joints, just one strong slab built to last.
First, I flame-distressed the surface to bring out the natural wood grain, adding depth and character to the piece. Then I carefully applied stain by hand, highlighting the contrast between the charred grain and the red tones while still allowing the texture of the wood to shine through.
Each of the 50 stars was hand-carved, one by one—not stamped, routed, or cut by machine. It’s old-fashioned craftsmanship, the way it ought to be.
Next came the hand-burned artwork. The eagle and the phrase “We the People” were drawn by hand and then burned into the wood using a pyrography pen—not a torch, not a laser. Every line, feather, and letter was done slowly and intentionally, giving it a warm, textured look you can see and feel.
Finally, I sealed the entire flag to protect it from moisture and wear, making it suitable for display indoors or outdoors under a covered area.
