About this Product
This bookmark is was handknit using bright blue yarn. It is stuffed with polyfil so is a 3d bookmark. It has off white ribbon hanging from it to hold your spot in the book. It could also be used just as decoration in your bookcase. This would be a great gift for any one who loves to read books.
The bird itself measures about 6.5 inches in length and about 2.75 inches from the bottom to the top if the tail. It is about 1 inch wide. The ribbons are about a little longer than 7 inches and are securely knotted underneath the bird. It also has a ribbon handle above the bird that measures about 1.25 inches.
You can gently spot clean the bird with soap and water.
The knitting pattern was based on a pattern by Claire Garland.

Meet the Maker
I started crafting as a child with my mom who is great at sewing. I made stuffed animals and sewed doll clothes. In high school, I took up knitting my own sweaters. As an adult, I started making jewelry for myself and family and friends and took a couple of classes.
All my items are handmade by me and I only make items that I love to design and create. I love adding new items to my shop and making new designs whether it be jewelry or knitting hats or plushies.
My passion is really around doing something I love and working hard to create items people will love. I want all of my customers to appreciate my work and by completely satisfied and happy with their purchases. How it’s Made
This bookmark was handknit flat with a wool/cotton blend yarn and then sewn together in the shapr of the bird. It was then stuffed with polyfil. A ribbon was added to easily mark your page in books.
Shop Policies
SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are fulfilled and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Each item states how long it will take to make the item before shipping it. Shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage, which includes tracking. Item will be shipped to the address on your account so please verify your address. You'll receive a shipping notification and tracking number when the package ships. Once I mail it, it is up to the USPS to deliver it and it may be delayed by unforesee circustances such as weather.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please contact me if you have a problem with your order. If the item arrives damaged, please let me know as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days. Buyer pays for return shipping. Please contact me before returning the item. The item must be shipped back using the same shipping method by which it was shipped to you. Please provide me with the return Tracking Number. Once I receive the item back I will refund you.
