Care Instructions:
Hand Wash Only with mild soap such as 1tsp hand soap or Soak wool wash dissolved in cold water. Swish gently in water with soap. Do not agitate, do not rub, and do not wring. Fill basin with clean cold water and swish gently until soap is rinsed away. Gently squeeze water out by hand without wringing. Roll in a towel to remove excess water. Lay flat to dry or hang over a shower curtain rod.
Do not put wool, alpaca, angora, or cashmere items in a washing machine or clothes dryer.
Do not place near a radiator or other heat source. Do not expose to open flame.
Please note that washed or worn items are not eligible for return, no exceptions.

Hello! My name is Autumn Williams, and I am a military spouse and mama to 2 with our third baby on the way, living in the north country of upstate NY.
Miri Baby Boutique is named after my beautiful daughter.
I am a fiber artist specializing in unique handmade baby and children's clothing and accessories, handknit nursing-friendly luxury knitwear to make postpartum more comfortable for mamas, as well as hand painted nursery decor, toys, and collectible art.
My designs are inspired by our family's love for being out in nature taking in the breathtaking beauty of the fringed evergreen and silver birch forests in the Adirondacks with their beautiful soft moss and the calming sound and sight of running creeks lined with stones and ferns for little hands to discover.
I hope that my designs transport you and your little ones to a place of simplicity and comfort wrapped in natural fibers as you explore your local state parks and learn about the native plants and animals and our connections to the earth.
I offer a wide range of luxury fibers, from the softest and loftiest Merino Wool to easy care polyester blends.
I consider the needs of my customers with price points, fiber types, and care requirements to fit with every lifestyle.

Shop Policies
Miri Baby Boutique Shop Policies:
Please note that Miri Baby Boutique is accepting custom orders until June 30th, 2024.
Maternity leave will begin the first week of July and will conclude the last week of August.
Please feel free to browse the available inventory.

Hours of Operation:
Miri Baby Boutique is open from 8:00AM-5:00PM EST Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shop is on vacation during vendor events for stock updates.
Terms and Conditions:
Turnaround Time:
Production begins between 8:00AM-5:00PM EST Monday through Friday, Excluding Holidays.
Any products dropped off by customers for embroidery or repair must be received before 5:00PM on a Business Day or work on the project will not begin until the next business day, and the Turnaround Time will be pushed back by 1 Business Day.
Products may not be dropped off on non-Business Days and work will not occur on non-Business Days. Non-Business Days will not be included in the Turnaround Timeframe.
For example, if a customer states that they want to drop off a product on a Sunday, the request will be denied and the customer will be notified that the product can be dropped off on the next Business Day during Business Hours between 8:00AM and 5:00PM EST.
The Turnaround Timeframe begins on the Business Day on which the product was received.
If the finished product is not picked up by the agreed upon time, no refunds will be given.
Any requests for Miri Baby Boutique to deliver a product will incur a $10 delivery fee for each pickup and dropoff occurrence.
Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse any further or additional changes, alterations, or additions to a product after it is deemed complete.
If payment is not received promptly at the time of purchase and pickup, the product will not be surrendered by Miri Baby Boutique until payment is received.
Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse surrender of any product if payment is not received promptly at the time of order completion.
For example, Miri Baby Boutique will not tolerate stalling of payment for a product to wait for payday and will not tolerate additional stalling after the alleged pay day date has passed.
Products that a customer provides for repair or embroidery will be held by Miri Baby Boutique until payment is received.
A late payment fee of $10 will apply to all orders where payment is not received within five (5) business days of customer notification via email from miribabyboutique@gmail.com that the order has been completed and is ready for pickup or shipping. Items will not be surrendered or shipped until payment is received in full within five (5) business days of customer notification, regardless of customer confirmation of receipt of communication.
Handmade products will be re-listed for sale on a first come, first served basis if the customer fails to promptly complete payment within the pickup window at the time of order completion.
Customers will be given no more than five (5) Business Days to complete payment for and pick up a handmade item or handmade custom order before the order will be forfeited and relisted for sale on a first come, first served basis.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of order placement for ready to ship items, and within 2 business days of notification that the order is completed for custom orders.Please specify the correct address when adding shipping information at the time that the order is placed. The seller will make every effort to contact the customer in order to verify the address if verification is necessary. If the address that was entered at the time of purchase was incorrect, and the buyer notices the error and contacts the seller, every effort will be made by the seller to change the address on the package before shipping. If the package has already been shipped, and the buyer contacts the seller about an incorrect address, the seller will attempt to contact USPS to reroute the package or return to sender. If the attempt is unsuccessful and the seller can no longer access the package, a lost package claim will need to be filed. Please note that the seller does not typically answer any emails or ship any packages from 5PM EST Friday to 5PM EST Saturday.
All packages will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise specified. Ground Advantage, which is the new name for First Class Mail, does not include insurance. Only Priority Mail includes $50 insurance at the time that the label is purchased. If the buyer wishes to upgrade Ground Advantage to Priority Mail, please contact the seller and purchase the Upgrade to Priority Mail listing. If you want to add additonal insurance, please contact the seller.
Every effort will be made by the seller to track the package and determine its location. If the package is received damaged, opened, or empty, the customer must immediately take photos and send the evidence to the seller via email, as well as filing a damaged package report. https://www.usps.com/help/clai... Once the package leaves the seller's hands and is surrendered to USPS, it is the responsibility of USPS. USPS has a Firm Book where a log of all packages is kept, along with surveillance showing the condition of packages and the barcodes. If the shipping issue is not resolved, USPS can escalate it and start a secondary investigation through USPS Consumer Affairs. Please remember that it is the customer's choice whether or not to pay for Priority Mail which includes insurance on the package for both initial shipping of an order and return shipping, which is the responsibility of the customer. If there is no insurance on the package, the seller cannot be held liable for a lost or damaged package. The seller highly reccommends purchasing Priority Mail including insurance to help avoid any lost or damaged mail issues.
Local Pickup:
Please choose Local Pickup under shipping options ONLY if you are local to 13601 area. Otherwise, your order will not be shipped. Customers local to the area within 50 miles of Watertown, NY may arrange to drive and pickup orders in Watertown once purchase is complete at an agreed upon local location. Communication must remain open and consistent to ensure the best pickup experience. If the seller is not available at the desired pickup time, please reschedule for the next available pickup date. The seller will make every effort to contact the customer to arrange and complete local pickup of orders. Any orders which have not yet been paid and completed are not eligible for local pickup. If the seller is unable to contact the buyer after 10 business days or is unable to complete a local pickup arrangement within 30 calendar days, the sale will be cancelled and a refund will only be given if Miri Baby Boutique is unable to complete the work. No payments will be refunded once work has begun. The seller has the right to refuse local pickup and cancel the sale if any attempt to defraud or harm is suspected.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds:
Buyer can return or exchange an item only if returns are allowed for the listing and per terms agreed upon by the seller.
Some listings specify no returns or exchanges.
Each handmade item is unique and may have variants in texture or color which are not to be considered defects, but a characteristic of the artistic design.
If an item is simply not what the buyer expected, the buyer may choose a refund or store credit.
Items are not eligible for return if the original packaging has been lost, damaged, crinkled, ripped, has an odor, moldy, wet, or soiled. If the protective packaging is not included in the returned package, the item could sustain damage during shipping, which is the responsibility of the buyer.
Items are not eligible for refund if altered, damaged, worn, snagged, pilled, scratched, burned, scorched, melted, marked with ink or paint, soiled, washed, wet, moldy, glued back together, has an odor, hair, or residue,or otherwise repaired or in disrepair. Please do not wash items and try to return them, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.
Buyer must return item within 30 days of delivery.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition.
A $10 USD restocking fee less the amount of the transaction total before tax will apply to all returned items.
Buyer will not be refunded if a returned package arrives opened, empty, or the item is damaged beyond repair or not eligible for resale in any way.
Scamming of any kind is not permitted. A buyer may not return an item for a refund and attempt to repurchase it at a lower price if it is restocked and moved to clearance. The seller reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time if a scam is suspected.
If the buyer files a chargeback with their bank before or after an item ships, but before the package is delivered, action will be taken by the seller to cancel and retrieve the shipped item and no refund will be given.
If a chargeback is filed after a package is delivered, the return policy applies. The seller will communicate with the buyer's bank and state the current status of the package and will provide a copy of all communication with the buyer.
Zero Tolerance for Scams, Fraud and Theft of Intellectual Property:
Any attempt to scam the seller or steal intellectual property including designs, photos, written or digital image patterns, artwork, or construction techniques will be met with an investigation and action against the theft of intellectual property. Any attempt to financially scam or defraud the seller will be met with an investigation and action against theft and fraud. The seller will respond to first-party chargeback misuse including a claim of a chargeback for an unauthorized charge by communicating with the financial institution and providing all evidence and communications surrounding the dispute, and an investigation will be opened into the buyer's actions. Any buyer who files a chargeback and does not return the purchased item in the original condition will be permanently banned from purchasing from Miri Baby Boutique, and any future orders from a banned buyer will be immediately cancelled.
Buyer will not be refunded if a returned package arrives opened, empty, or the item is damaged beyond repair or not eligible for resale in any way as per the details listed under the Returns section.

miribabyboutique.com domain is owned by Autumn Williams, owner of Miri Baby Boutique. My business email is miribabyboutique@gmail.com. Any other domain or email with a different spelling or punctuation pretending to be my business is most likely a scam. Please notify me of any suspicious activity so I can take the appropriate action against scammers.
Any complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau will be investigated for accuracy. The customer always has the opportunity to communicate with the seller. The seller will respond to all emails within 48 hours. The customer must understand that the seller cannot respond to emails and business-related inquiries from 5PM Friday to 5PM Saturday.
Invoices:
Customers must email miribabyboutique@gmail.com in order to receive an invoice. This is because invoices are sent via email. Invoices and pricing will not be given via private message or text message. Invoices must be paid within 5 business days of notification that the order is complete. Any invoices that are not paid within 5 business days will be cancelled and the item will be restocked. For custom orders, please refer to the terms of your order agreement for invoice processing time, percentage of quote due at the time of order placement for materials purchase, and payment period.
Custom Orders:
A separate listing will be created for custom orders. Custom Orders may include an additional fee as specified on the custom order listing at the sole discretion of Miri Baby Boutique. Payment of 25% of the total amount of the custom order is due at the time the order is placed to reserve your time slot so that Miri Baby Boutique can place the purchase order for materials. Failure to pay the deposit in a timely manner will delay the order. Work on orders does not begin until the initial deposit is received. Order processing time depends on the complexity, skills and equipment involved in completing the custom order request. An estimated wait time of 4-6 weeks applies to all custom orders. Customers will be notified via email about the status of their custom order, and customers are welcome to politely request updates on the status of their order, which will be replied to within 2 business days, in order of receipt. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days of notifying a customer that the order is completed. Custom order requests which include profanity, grotesque, inappropriate, or offensive images or phrases will be denied. Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse business and services to anyone at any time for any reason without explanation.
Communication and Conflict Resolution:
If there are any conflicts or issues regarding a purchase, please email miribabyboutique@gmail.com and state your contact information, batch number if applicable, and the issue that you are having. Customers will not receive an instantaneous response to any messages. The seller will respond to all emails within two (2) business days of receipt if possible. The seller will respond to Go Imagine and customer private messages within five (5) business days of receipt if possible, and will direct customers to email miribabyboutique@gmail.com if any Go Imagine messages or Facebook or Instagram messages are received. For expedited services, or if your message has not received an initial response within five (5) business days, please contact miribabyboutique@gmail.com.
If a customer does not respond to messages about a pending order request within 48 hours, the order will be moved to the bottom of the queue.
Please make sure to read our Terms and Conditions in our Shop Policies and familiarize yourself with this information before placing an order and sending questions about your order.
Your time is valuable, and ours is valuable as well. Miri Baby Boutique will send one (1) courtesy reminder message if a custom order product dropoff time is missed.
If there is no communication from the customer after the courtesy message, Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to move the order request to the bottom of the queue OR cancel the order request.
If a customer chooses not to communicate within 48 hours after the most recent communication attempt from Miri Baby Boutique, which is also known as "ghosting" on the part of the customer, Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to not do business and not accept any future orders from that customer from that point forward.
Please Note:
Miri Baby Boutique does not typically answer any emails or ship any packages outside of normal business hours. Any conflict escalation will result in loss of customer privileges.
Miri Baby Boutique reserves the right to refuse business and services to anyone for any reason at any time without explanation. Customers will be asked to refer to the Terms and Conditions and communication will be closed from that point forward.
