Welcome, first and foremost, I'm a husband and father of 4 amazing children. My faith in God guides my path each and every day. I'm Lance Esser, a passionate woodworker dedicated to creating handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces that blend function, form, and craftsmanship. My journey with woodworking began 25 years ago, turning a childhood fascination with building into a fulfilling profession. From finely crafted writing instruments and custom home decor, each piece I create is a testament to my commitment to quality and attention to detail.
I take pride in sourcing sustainable materials and employing both traditional techniques and modern innovations. How it’s Made
This pen was made with hand mixed poly resin. Each color was mixed together and then put into a pressure pot to cure. The blank then is formed to make the barrel on a lathe with great attention to detail. Once the barrel is at its optimal diameter, I then proceed to wet sand it up to 12,000 grit which will give it a glass like finish. Then all parts are assembled to make and exquisite writing instrument.
