About this Product
This beautiful handmade functional art piece was thrown on the potters wheel, then hand carved to create the shape of a pumpkin. The top of this piece comes off just like a real jack o lantern in order to carefully place a tea light on the inside and watch it light up the room. It is perfect as a display piece for Fall on the kitchen table or in your living room to add some elegant decor to the space. It is smaller in size at 4 inches tall and 3.5 inches wide. The depth on the inside of the piece is 2 inches.

Meet the Maker
From a small farming community in California, Jazmin came to the big city of Long Beach, CA to further her education in art and experience of life. She attended Cal State Long Beach where she received a BFA in Ceramics and is now living the dream of teaching and sharing pottery with students of every age as well as concentrating on her own practice and growth. Everything hand made by Jaz is created with love and she hopes that when you drink, eat or enjoy the sight of her works of art that you also feel the love within the piece and share that love in your home and with the world around you.
How it’s Made
This piece was hand thrown on the potters wheel, hand carved to make the shape of the pumpkin, then fired overnight to harden. It then was painted with numerous different layers of glazes to create the beautiful colored surface and fired once again overnight to melt the glaze on to the piece.
