Meet the Maker
Moonbeam Styled specializes in handmade knitted and crocheted pieces. I carry a variety of items from beanies and ear warmers to gift items to stuffed toys. Besides items in stock, pre and special orders are also accepted and customizations can be accommodated. I look forward to sharing our stitched with love items with you. My story began over 40 years ago when I would watch my grandmother crochet items for herself and those she loved. Beautiful afghans, doilies around her home, and baby layettes were just some of the fantastic pieces she made. She taught me how to crochet when I was about ten years old. I was always amazed (and jealous) at how she could create designs in her head while I had to depend on written patterns. I didn't do much with the skill of crocheting as I became a teen and then entered young adulthood, but I cherished every piece she made. These pieces were even more special when I had my children as I got to use the baby blankets, booties, and hats she made. When I was 27, my grandmother passed away. I felt it important for me to keep her crochet hooks. When gathering them, I discovered she had a collection of knitting needles, which I found odd as I never saw her using them because she preferred the quickness of crocheting. Somehow I felt close to her having her hooks and needles, and I started to crochet a little bit in remembrance of her. Next, I decided to teach myself how to knit with her needles. I've since then taught my daughter how to crochet and knit and increased my skills and techniques. Every time I make something, I know she's with me, enjoying every stitch. That is where Moonbeam Styled was born. It's my way to share these stitches of love with you all so you and your loved ones can experience the same joy as those that my grandmother crocheted items for.

Shop Policies
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, free from odors, and in its original packaging. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at contact@moonbeamstyled.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders, personalized items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@moonbeamstyled.com.
