The modern farmhouse fall door wreath has a sturdy back covered with a quality patchwork design cotton fabric using specialty fabric glue. We have then hand stitched (not glued) the fabric backing to the grapevine wreath form with matching grapevine bind wire so the back is firmly attached and fabric is smooth and tight.
Display of fall flowers including sunflowers, berries and raffia cascades down the pumpkin frame.
Fall 3-ribbon bow includes wired ribbons in sunflower, solid moss green and orange and tan stripe patterns.
Hanger of bind wire is attached so the pumpkin hangs squarely in place. It can be hung on your front door, in an entry way or above your mantel from early fall through the Thanksgiving season.
Grapevine form is backed with a complementary solid fabric that will protect your door or wall surface wherever it is displayed. (see photo) . Because of the fabric in this design, we highly recommend this grapevine be protected from rain and direct sunlight.

Measurements: The horizontal grapevines are 25" wide by 19" tall.The vertical style is 19" wide by 25" tall. The 4" depth of this grapevine decor makes it a good fit between most screen or storm doors and the main entry door.

Our home décor items are created in a smoke -free environment. They are loosely bagged or covered and stored in a dry, climate-controlled area.

Meet the Maker
Welcome to Heartland Wreath Shop! We are a Mom-Daughter team ~ Diane and Kara ~ at Heartland Wreath Shop. We enjoy working together even though we live in different states!
After many years of teaching in public schools, we both found ourselves in new situations with our family and personal lives. We had actually considered opening a business about 10 years ago but that timing just wasn't right for either of us, so we put it on the back burner.
The timing is right now! We are having a wonderful time helping our customers with their home decor wants and needs. We have so many ideas for unique designs for wreaths, door and lantern swags, bows and floral arrangements. Our biggest challenge is often that we have more ideas than time!
We actually have 2 workshop locations for our business so we ship from both Texas and Kansas. That benefits our customers as we have space to provide you with designs that are ready to ship. We maintain current inventory for all the seasons and many holidays and special events of the year. We can also make color and size variations of most of the designs we create, depending of course on supplies available.

How it’s Made
This grapevine wreath door wreath/hanger is much more than what you may typically find. This is a large grapevine base - larger than most you will see available. It was a special purchase we were able to make; we have not been able to find this size again so what we have in stock is all that we will have of this design.
The fabric backing has been coated with a special Modge Podge fabric glue to protect it and make it firm, wrinkle free and long lasting. The fabric has been glued to a sturdy cardboard backing all of which was then stitched by hand to the grapevine form itself. The back will not separate from the wreath form! This is a labor-intensive design - more than we had anticipated for sure!
If you would want to change the fabric later, just remove the stitching, replace the fabric and re-attach to the grapevine or you can also display the grapevine without a backing.
Shop Policies
Processing Time: Items will ship in 1-3 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays do not count as business days. If there will be a delay for any reason on our end, we will contact buyer.
Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS Ground. Delivery times will vary by location and how busy the shipper is during the various seasons of the year. Shipping schedules during the holiday season can be very busy for all shippers. A physical 'ship to' RESIDENTIAL address is required. Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate address.
Shipping Costs: Shipping is included in the price for most items. For larger boxes we add a flat rate shipping charge which will be stated on the listing page just below the "Add to Cart" button so you will see the rate prior to ordering. Large deep boxes cost $35-45 to ship so HWS shares shipping costs with the customer for these shipments. Insurance is included.
Cancellations: We do accept cancellations within the first 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns: We do not accept returned items so please read descriptions and details carefully, particularly with regard to size and color so that you are confident with your purchase. Please reach out to us prior to ordering if you have questions or need more information.
Damaged/Defective Items: We review and pack items carefully to make sure they are transport ready. However, damage can happen during shipment and we will assist you with making an insurance claim with the shipper should your item be damaged during delivery. Photos will be needed so keep all original packaging until the claim is settled.
Missing/Stolen Items: We have never had this happen with any of our customers but theft does occur. We stay in contact with you during the shipping process so we can both monitor the scheduled delivery. We are not able to replace or refund missing items that the shipper shows as delivered.
