THE PROCESS
Sand and Water Creations produces high-quality glassware inspired by nature. Our pieces are hand-painted with special enamel, which turns ordinary glass into a one-of-a-kind work of art. The enamel is permanently fused to the glass in a kiln. All products are hand-crafted at our Litchfield, New Hampshire, USA studio.

Eco-Friendly Glass Art Inspired by Nature and Impressionism
Hi, I’m Amalia, the artist behind Sand and Water Creations. I design and make beautiful glassware using 90% recycled glass. Each piece is handcrafted and hand-painted with special glass enamels that fuse with the glass. My glass art is multi-functional and fun - you can use it as wall art, serving tray, plates, bowls, and more. You can also customize your order by choosing from various colors and designs.
My art is influenced by my diverse background and my love of impressionism and nature. Many of my pieces feature my signature Tree of Life, which symbolizes strength and growth in all aspects of life. My glass art reflects the beauty of nature and changes with the light and the angle.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. We will be happy to issue a refund or replacement upon your request. We understand that sometimes life is unpredictable; if for whatever reason something kept you from contacting us right away, feel free to let us know, and we will be happy to assist you. We feel honesty is always the best policy!
Outside of damaged or defective orders, returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. In general, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective, but we also understand that out-of-the-box scenarios do arise, and for that reason, we are always open to making every consideration to your specific scenario.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Although we try to keep stock of our items for immediate shipping, this is not always possible due to the process of creating each piece.
