How it’s Made
Mold Preparation: A silicone mold in the shape of a sea turtle was used to create the base of the dish.
Resin Mixing & Coloring: High-quality epoxy resin was mixed with a vibrant turquoise pigment and poured into the mold, forming the turtle’s body.
Embedding Seashells & Stones: A second layer of clear resin was poured into the dish’s center, and hand-selected seashells and iridescent stones were carefully arranged to create a natural, beachy aesthetic.
Curing Process: The piece was left to cure over several hours to ensure a durable and glossy finish.
Final Touches: Once fully hardened, the dish was carefully removed from the mold, sanded and given a polished, smooth finish for long-lasting beauty.
