Upon receiving your item, please be careful if you are using scissors to open the package(s). We make every attempt to get the items to you as neatly and quickly as possible. We would hate for you to use a sharp object to open the package only to find out something inside was cut in the process.
If you should receive your item and it is damaged from shipping, please take a picture and contact us right away. We will do our best to rectify a shipping error.
Due to the nature of our alpaca products, we do not take returns.
