How it’s Made
Hand woven in my studio on my floor loom. The yarn is wound on my back beam and each heddle is threaded individually. sometimes threading up to and over 1000 threads individually. Then The yarn is tied onto the apron rod so that as the piece is woven the fabric will be moved forward onto the beam that holds the finished product.
I then cut the table runner off of the loom, wet finish it and then hem and label it.
Every piece is then ironed and packaged with a satin ribbon with a postcard that gives you care instructions.
Everything is done by hand with love and care to every detail.
