CARE INSTRUCTIONS
➤ The print is not waterproof or treated for outdoor use. It should not be placed in direct sunlight.
➤ Banners are shipped LIGHTLY FOLDED near the pointed end to reduce creases & wrinkles. However, if the pennant flag becomes creased in transit, first try to allow creases to naturally release by hanging or laying weight on top of them.
➤ Banners are shipped in a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope.
➤ If you do choose to iron your flag, iron on the back of the banner on a low setting to get out creases. We're not responsible for any negative impact to the vinyl due to steaming or ironing.

➤ Standard processing time is 2-5 business days, plus shipping time. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery time will vary according to various factors such as location, weather, holidays, etc., and are beyond my control.
➤ All domestic orders within the United States are sent via first-class/ground advantage mail.

Meet the Maker
Welcome to LuvSkyy, a small, handmade home-based business in Georgia. We're passionate about helping others to enjoy the great outdoors in style and preserve their memories.
I founded LuvSkyy in 2018 with a heart-centered mission to offer kindness and inclusion-themed items to fundraise for her favorite autism awareness and acceptance organization. In 2020 I married my passion for graphic design with my love for the outdoors and began offering camping journals, printables, and more. After buying a slide-in truck camper with my husband in 2020, I sought to fill a gap by creating fun designs highlighting the truck camper lifestyle.
About the name
To our family, LuvSkyy represents happy times with family—including those four-legged family members—enjoying nature with those you love most. That feeling of togetherness with each other and with nature inspires us to continue our work with our favorite autism organization, donating a portion of our sales. When you buy from LuvSkyy you can feel good about supporting a small business.

How it’s Made
I designed this on my home computer, cut the vinyl using my Cricut and apply the vinyl to the canvas using a heat press.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I work with professional printing companies to custom-make each order on demand when you place the order and ship it directly to you. Please check the details or the sizing chart in the product listing to ensure your item will fit as expected. If the item you receive is damaged/defective, please contact me via goimagine messages within 5 days of receiving it so we can have the opportunity to make it right for you. Include photos of the defective product in your message. If you request a return or exchange, you’ll pay the return shipping. Contact us via goimagine messages within 5 days of receiving your order and we will provide an address to send the item. See item details for return and exchange eligibility.
What are your policies for using printables and SVGs purchased through your shop?
If you ordered a personalized printable, I will follow up with any questions I might have about your order and send you a draft to review within 1 business day of receiving your order. Once you are happy with your proof, I will send you a final file through goimagine messages.

Production and shipping time
Production times are typically 1-3 days, plus shipping.
What happens if I provide the wrong address?
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Lost packages
What if my order is lost in the mail? Please submit a claim for a lost package no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
What happens if a package wasn't delivered to me but the tracking states that it was? If the carrier marks the package as delivered, but you have yet to receive it, LuvSkyy won't cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order. Please reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery carrier.

All of our frames are designed, milled and assembled in our workshop right here in the USA, with special attention to quality craftsmanship. Because they're handmade, no two of our wood pieces will be identical. Every piece of wood we buy to make our products has natural wood characteristics such as patterns and knots, making every frame unique.
Are your wood pieces made to order?
Our wood products should be in stock for fast delivery, however, there are times where we will have to make your item to order. Please allow 3-7 days for us to prepare your order before shipping, particularly during busy gifting seasons. We appreciate your patience.
