How it’s Made
All of our products are made using sublimation inks and a high heat press to achieve a high resolution, full color print. Due to this process, inks are infused into our mugs, keychains, and coasters. These designs will not peel, crack or fade under normal use. The mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Once the item you have ordered have been completed and cooled, we will begin to packaged and send the product out to you.
Shop Policies
Processing times: 1 to 3 business days. We are not responsible for any shipping delays once the item or items has been shipped and is in transit.
Return Policy: We do not accept returns on our items. If for any reason there is an issue of a broken mug during shipment, please contact us through email at walshcreations@outlook.com within 7 days with a photo of damaged item or items and we will gladly replace or refund. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction.
