HAWTHORN is my favorite herb for heart health. I have been taking hawthorn for many years after having been diagnosed with AFIB heart palpitations and taking harsh drugs like sotalol with nasty complications I discovered HAWTHORN and made the switch.
HEART HEALTH: HAWTHORN is primarily known for its cardiovascular benefits and as a cardio tonic. It has been used for centuries to support heart health and improve circulation. Hawthorn is believed to enhance the strength of heart muscle contractions, regulate blood pressure, and improve blood flow to the heart. It may be used as an adjunctive therapy for conditions like congestive heart failure, angina, and hypertension.
ANTI-OXIDENT: HAWTHORN berries help neutralize harmful free radicals in the body, protecting cells from oxidative stress and reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
DIGESTION: HAWTHORN has traditionally been used to aid digestion and relieve gastrointestinal discomfort. It may help improve digestion, reduce bloating, and alleviate symptoms of indigestion.
ANXIETY and STRESS; HAWTHORN is known for its calming and anxiety-reducing effects. It may help alleviate symptoms of mild anxiety, nervousness, and general stress. Some studies suggest that hawthorn may have mild sedative properties.
Antimicrobial Properties: HAWTHORN has shown antimicrobial activity against various pathogens. Hawthorn extracts or preparations have been used topically for skin infections or as a mouthwash for oral health.
HAWTHORN: has also been used for conditions like insomnia, high cholesterol, menstrual problems, and mild heart palpitations.
The best way to take HAWTHORN is 40 drops under the tongue and let it sit for 20 seconds. If you find the taste is too strong you can add it to water or juice. All of my tinctures are made by me with organic herbs as a single herb for maximum strength then macerated for 2 months.

All of my TINCTURES are made with organic herbs and macerated for 2 months in 80 proof (40%) vodka, then lovingly bottled and labeled. My TONICS, ELIXERS, and CIDERS are formulated from historical recipes or those I have created through research or modified them from herbal guru's. I have created my HYDROSOLS using my home grown herbs using steam distillation.
My MOSQUITO NOSEEUM SPRAY and AFTERBITE ROLLON have been my signature products I created them over 20 years ago in Key West. The Keys are probably the mosquito capital of the US. How it’s Made
I make HAWTHORN TINCTURE using organic hawthorn berries macerated in alcohol for 2 months. Then I lovingly our it into 2 FL OZ brown dropper bottles.
