Healing Fire is intended to aid practitioners in healing spells and rituals as well as connect with the healing arts and deities who aid in healing and longevity particularly Brigid and the Mountain Spirit. It does not need to be used for illness only, but overall well being, preventive health, and emotional healing.

DESCRIPTION
Brigid seems to be one of those deities who cares very little about how she is worshiped; only that she is called upon to aid those who call for her. She is a Goddess of all crafts including the healing arts. She is found throughout European practices under a variety of names, though almost always keeping her identity as a mistress of crafts.
The Mountain Spirit is one of the most enduring and venerated deities of traditional Korean spiritual practices. The mountains in Korean culture are not seen as blocks or obstacles, but a sacred place where the wisdom of the heavens meets the spirit of the earthly world. The Mountain Spirit is frequently asked to aid in the curing of illnesses, and mountains are regularly visited recreationally to enliven the spirit.
Throughout the world honey has been used as an offering to deities, a symbol of life, prosperity, fertility and immortality, and many medicinal applications. Honey does not go bad, and it has indeed been used throughout the world as a preservative both for culinary and embalming purposes. Its antibacterial properties have also been used to dress wounds and treat internal illnesses, and of course it has had cosmetic applications. To this day honey is the only sweetener that does not require a huge amount of factory processing and high carbon footprint.
ECOLOGICAL NOTE AND CONCERN
Please be careful when purchasing ginseng. Panax ginseng only comes from Southern Russia, Northeastern China, and most widely Korea. Due to its popularity as a health item these nations have put out protection and / or conservation efforts and much ginseng is now farmed, though as its 5 - 6 year maturity rate and growth conditions make illegal poaching still very common. American ginseng does not have the same properties.
Essential oils always require a considerable amount of a plant to produce, therefore Solis Illuminatum only uses synthetic ginseng fragrance oils and ginseng products from ethical sources. Though certainly, nothing compares to truly natural ingredients Solis Illuminatum also believes Pagan practice should be mindful of ones' ecological impact.
SAFETY:
Never leave a lit candle unattended, and place a flameproof object under candle for precaution and to collect wax. As an irregular shaped candle melting wax has a tendency to drip unpredictably.

How it’s Made
Please note as a handmade object made from pure, natural beeswax, it is natural for the wax to change color throughout the seasons with the pollen and nectar available to the bees. Therefore, there will often be slight variations in color. Yellow beeswax is pure and natural with no additions. White beeswax has been naturally bleached of the yellow hue. All other colors have the addition of a candle dye and nothing more.
Solis Iluminatum uses the best beeswax it can source. The largest bulk from Gardner Bees, a small family-owned farm in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, and others supplemented from wholesale suppliers from the United States committed to sustainability efforts under the certification of Oregon Tilth. We hope you will recognize the unique gentle scent and texture of 100% beeswax, uncut with any vegetable or petroleum based waxes.
