Heart & Strings Felt Cat Toys
Your friendly feline is going to love playing with the Heart & Strings Toy. As you make movement while holding the heart in your hand, your silly little meow master will pounce towards the strings in anticipation for a win! The felted heart has a vibrant tassel composed of twine & a mix of ribbons that are attached to give it flair and movement. The heart is needle felted and it is made of 100% wool. A bell is placed within the felt heart to make a sound when rattled to capture your cats attention when playtime is initiated. This is perfect gift for the perfect cat in your life.

I am thrilled to be on this platform and to share my creations with all who visits my shop. I started creating cat toys for my personal cats initially so that I can keep them active physically & mentally as well as to strengthen our bond. As a Registered Veterinary Technician, I know the importance of keeping your indoor cats active and entertained so that they get the exercise they need to stay healthy and happy. All the cat toys I make are handmade with care. One of my new hobbies is needle felting with wool, so many of my creations will be felted. In the attempt to be more eco-friendly, I try to be very conscious about the materials I use and repurpose some materials and use them on some of my creations. All toys are unique, limited & one of a kind.
Cats are natural hunters by nature and most of the toys I make are made with fibers & other materials that can be found in nature. Interactive toys like Cat Wand Treaser Toys are a great way to help satisfy that hunter instinct inside each cat and helps keep their minds sharp.

With your purchase of Milly's Cat Toys a donation is made quarterly to local cat rescue in California to help homeless cats get spayed/neutered and to get medical care when needed.
In the effort to become more environmentally friendly, I will try to use packaging that is recyclable, compostable or reusable.

How it’s Made
Needle felting is a hobby that requires a lot of patience & time. Each needle felt cat toy can take me 1-2 hours to make, however it is eco-friendly and non toxic to our planet.
The process of needle felting involves transforming loose fibers by using special barbed needles to tangle the fibers, such as wool, into dense fabric-like materials that would create the toys you see on Milly's Cat Toys.
No plastic or glue used in the making of this cat toy.
Fact: Dry needle felting is a relatively new, it was created in the early 1980's.
