FULL DECK STYLING - I was intrigued by a sleeve I saw on a jacket in a little French shop out on Cape Cod. I wanted to work with two - layered cuffs, and I had a burn-out velvet scarf that would drape well for a layer. I love that you can turn the cuffs back for a bit more flounce, or leave them down for a hint of something sassy.
