Hi! I'm Amber, the creative force behind Joyful Jewels NW. What began as a way to rediscover myself after the birth of my kids has blossomed into a true passion. In my cozy backyard shed-turned-studio, I craft wearable art using silver, gold, and genuine stones. You can find my work at maker events throughout the Pacific Northwest, especially in Yamhill County, Oregon.

Returns for Store Credit
We accept returns for store credit only.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue and include photos if possible.
We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a store credit.
Custom Orders
Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Made to Order Items
Most made to order items will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchase; please allow up to 5 business days.
