The cost here is for a basic solid color cotton or cotton-poly petticoat/skirt. Contact me for the other options in these pictures. We will need your waist and length measurements.

Sheila is the owner, shop manager, and head draper (pattern maker). Six other talented artisans cut, sew, fit, and build incredible creations. We all have college level education and decades of experience making costumes. These are not cheap Halloween costumes made in a factory. Your costume will not be made by a mom in her craft room! How it’s Made
Everything we sell is made in a pet free, smoke free professional costume shop in St Paul, MN. Our artisans have technical theater or textile degrees, and decades of experience making historical clothing. These are not cheap, wear it once Halloween costumes. We are paid fair wages and we work in the US.

Ready made items can be returned for a refund with no extra charges. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. Custom orders cannot be refunded, but we offer free alterations to be sure you get the best possible fit.
