About this Product
This is a skid to install a TRX4M transmission into the Hobby Plus Arktos. I used the Injora crawler gear transmission with a Fat Viper. I'm not sure if other versions fit. It drops tightly on to the skid, bottom of transmission is flush with the bottom of the skid. I used four M2x10mm screws to install on the skid and the stock m1.6 bolts to mount to the truck.
I am not sure if this will fit with a stock flatbed on it. As you can see in the photos I don't have it on mine.
I have a bed delete panel for this if you want to go light weight like I did: https://makerworld.com/en/models/2386176
I will have a video on my channel going over this whole install soon.

To do this you have to flip your diff gears. I had to flip my rear gears because I have a metal axle in the front and it won't let me flip it. The ring in the diff needs to be flipped on both rears, or just the front.
Also, the stock plastic drive shafts fit tightly on the TRX4M transmission shaft, but hit on the front link mount of this skid if you have any lift. The Injora Venture 18 stainless drive shafts clear fine since they are skinnier, but will not fit without shaving some metal off the flat on the transmission output. I'm guessing the metal hobby Plus shafts would be fine since they don't have the flat. All this will be covered in the video.

Due to the nature of this hobby (outside rock crawling with scrapes, drops, and usually water) there are no returns. If you have an issue upon delivery reach out and I will make it right if possible. But once mounted and used this is non returnable.
These are printed out of Petg and are durable but can break just like any other plastic.
