How it’s Made
Heart charms and Keychain holder are made of epoxy resin colored with Mica Powder, Lanyard Cell Phone Split Ring Strap made of metal and nylon, the flat split rings are made of metal alloy and finished off with a steel keyring.

Handmade Disclaimer: Please note that all items in my store are handmade. All handmade items, may have minor imperfections. These minor imperfections are what makes each item unique. Every piece is made by me. There are no two items that will be exactly the same. This is what makes each individual item one of a kind.
Shipping: All products are shipped in 3-5 business days by United States Postal Service, First Class Package or Priority Mail. A Tracking Number & Estimated Delivery Date will be provided, when applicable upon order shipment. At this time I only ship to the US.
Damage / Loss: Mommy'sLittleHobbyShop is not responsible for damage, late, or loss packages during shipment. Once your order is turned over to the shipping carrier, it is now their responsibility.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays in shipping.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS:
Cancellations: I will gladly accept cancellations prior to the item being shipped.
Returns: I will gladly accept returns up to 15 days after the purchase. The buyer is responsible for all return costs, and the item must be returned in the condition it was received within: 30 days of delivery . There will not be any returns for customized items.
