For over 17 years I lived behind a desk in the corporate world. In October of 2019, I took the leap of faith and left the corporate world to start my own business, Crosswired Creations! Now I get to share my ideas and designs to you and the world!

Our Terms and Conditions
All terms & conditions contained on this website apply to all orders submitted. This applies regardless of whether it has been read or verbally confirmed.
The use of this web site constitutes an agreement to abide by the terms and conditions below.
Making a Purchase
Purchases can be made via our online shop by adding your chosen items to the shopping cart and then proceeding to check out. You will then be asked to input details needed to complete the order.
Processing Time
since each item we offer is a custom and personalized piece the processing time is 7-10 business days. Sometimes delays occur that are beyond our control. If there is any delay with your order you will be notified by email.
We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time and issue a full refund.
Delivery Issues
Orders will be made and shipped within 7-10 business days. This will generally be via USPS mail for smaller items or UPS Ground for larger items. We are not responsible for lost orders that show "delivered" via tracking information. If you have issues with a delivery please contact us as soon as possible. If it is with USPS you may have to take it upon yourself with your local Post Office or Mail center as most issues occur locally to the destination. If it is with UPS we can generally try from our end to sort issues for you.
Damage in Transit
If you receive damaged items, please email us at crosswired@live.com You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to report any damage. With all damaged items we ask for a picture of the damage and packaging so we can review the damage. We will need to determine what caused the damage and file a damage claim with the carrier. Sometimes an item can be returned to us for repair. All options will be reviewed and discussed via email.
Personalization Errors on Your Part
We reserve the right to correct any spelling errors submitted within your order for personalized items, however in general we engrave exactly what you give us and we cannot be held accountable for any errors made on the order form and you are advised to thoroughly check spelling, grammar, apostrophes etc before submitting your order. You should contact us as soon as possible if you wish us to modify your order, and we will inform you if it has already been made or if a change is possible.
Warranties
We do not offer a warranty on any of our products. They are household goods, usually made from natural materials, and are intended for reasonable domestic use only, and it is impossible for us to check how they are actually treated. Sometimes products can be returned to us for repair; sometimes we will agree to replace them; other times we will not be prepared to offer either of those options. We will always explain our reasoning, such as when we can clearly see that an item has been dropped, dish washed, left outside, or otherwise abused for example.
