About this Product
The honeybee is a tiny but mighty creature, buzzing from blossom to blossom with purpose and grace. In this small painting, I’ve captured a single bee in mid-hover over a soft cherry blossom, just about to land. Its delicate wings are caught in motion, and you can almost hear the gentle hum as it goes about its work. I kept the brushstrokes loose and expressive, while still highlighting the fine details of the bee’s body and the soft petals beneath it.
Measuring 4x4 inches, this acrylic piece is painted on a ¾" thick cradled hardboard panel. The edges are fully painted to match the background, giving it a polished, finished look from every angle. It’s ready to hang right out of the box—no frame needed, though it can be framed if you prefer.
