Processing time: All orders ship within 1-2 business days
Delivery time: All orders are shipped via USPS, with a delivery estimate of 2–7 business days.
If you have any problems with your order or if it arrives damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible at hello@artfulpixels.com.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
Returns are accepted when requested within 14 days of delivery, and the items are returned in new and unused condition. Please email hello@artfulpixels.com to request a return and I will provide instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the return is approved and the item is received back in new/unused condition, a refund of the purchase price will be applied to the original method of payment.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel your order, please email hello@artfulpixels.com and reference your order number. Cancellations are accepted when your request is received within 4 hours of purchase.
