*We always do our best to make our customers happy, however due to its nature and for safety reasons returns or exchanges on earrings are not accepted. If one breaks due to a flaw of the design, replacement will be sent, if its within two weeks of purchase.

*Earrings crafted with polymer clay/wood must be handled with care. Do not wet them. Do not bend and avoid using chemicals, solvents, perfume, jewelry cleaners, or any aerosol products near the earrings. In the case that it becomes dirty, wipe with a soft, damp cloth. When not in use, store jewelry in a box or a separate compartment. Keep away from sharp objects to avoid scratching the surface. This will help with the preservation of each handmade piece. Keep away from small children.
