Your candle's here, and I understand your excitement to ignite it! However, before you do, let's chat briefly. Before the first burn, ensure you trim the wicks to 1/4 inch, but take care not to trim them excessively short; otherwise, the wax might overwhelm the wick. Once you discover the right length, maintain it for subsequent burns. Keep the wick trimmed and let the wax create a complete melt pool (melted to all edges) before extinguishing. Always place your candles on flat surfaces, away from anything flammable, drafts, fans, and similar items. My 7.5 ounce candles last approximately 40 hours.
The cement containers can be recycled by cleaning out the remnants of the candle. To do this, I scoop out all the remaining wax and discard it. Then using a paper towel (or a shop towel), you can use rubbing alcohol to remove the rest of the wax. Then you can use it as a trinket vessel, plant a succulent or as a votive holder. It becomes a piece of art on your tabletop.
And those yummy wax melts: Simply pop out a cube or two of your scented wax melts and watch them begin to shimmer as they heat and melt. Our 6 pack of melts easily lasts 30+ hours.
These products are all unique and hand made. No two will be alike. The candles are made from a proprietary coconut blended wax. Once you place an order online, your candle will be carefully packaged and shipped with either USPS or UPS, whichever is more cost effective. Of if you are close to Breckenridge, Texas you may opt for local pickup at no cost to you.
I accept PayPal only at this time. You do not have to have an account with PayPal to use their service. Credit cards are accepted at PayPal. Your total cost will include tax and shipping to your designated location. All packages will include insurance. Once the package is delivered to the shipper, it is out of my hands and becomes the responsibility of the shipper.
I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges unless I made a mistake. These are hand made and unique. Look at the photos carefully. However, if your order is incorrect, I will happily make it right with a new shipment or a refund. If your product arrives damaged, I will work with the shipper to make it right.
