Chrys Bonnay-Lewis is an artist, designer, educator, and alumna of the Craft and Material Studies ceramic department at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Ms. Bonnay-Lewis has exhibited her work both nationally and internationally in both solo and group exhibitions, including the prestigious Detroit Institute of Arts. Her work is collected both privately and publicly, including at the Flint Institute of Art.
Ms. Bonnay-Lewis is known for her innovative functional ceramics that explore themes of identity, memory, and place.
