Hello and welcome! I'm Nicki and I'm the face behind The Joyful Bloom. I design and create all the hair accessories and decor you see in my shop, which has been open since July 2018. I am lucky enough to have my own craft room dedicated to my business. Once in a while though, my twin boys like to come in and see what I'm up to! We live in the suburbs just outside of Chicago, Illinois with my husband.
With an education in Graphic Design and a lifelong love of art, design, and crafts, I'm confident that all those years of experience has prepared me for this endeavor. I've gained so much valuable knowledge, improved my skills, and have developed a great eye for design. So much inspires me. Bright and bold color palettes, fabric patterns, clothing, nature, photography, and more.
I'm excited to offer a variety of items here at The Joyful Bloom. Whether you're looking for a hair accessory to compliment an outfit for your daughter's photo session, or a mama-to-be planning the perfect nursery, I would be honored to have a small part in it ;) As a mother, I understand how important those milestones are, and I'd love to help make it perfect for you!
