I wish I had gotten the bigger size! Such a lovely warmer; expertly sewn! The dragonfly pattern was a good choice, it’s so pretty, not corny, will order another soon. Thank you!

This far exceeded my expectations. Kelly not only communicated quickly and clearly, but has even followed up after my purchase. These heat packs have helped my shoulder pain immensely, and I can’t figure out how the fragrance is still present after so many uses. These are very high quality and I strongly recommend shopping with Kelly. I will definitely be purchasing from her again in the future

I cannot say enough good things about not only the product but the seller. I’ve never been more impressed with the customer service, the package presentation and the love and care that goes into making each of these rice pads. I was completely blown away by everything!! You will not be disappointed ordering from Kelly. It’s worth a purchase just to experience the customer service and top-notch quality of her products. If I could give 20 stars I would. She knocked it out of the park!

Kelly sends her products super fast. She always confirms with sizing and how I want the product customized. She is so understanding and always giving me and my kiddos a treat every time I purchase from her. I can’t live without these heating pads. I use it at every moment I’m at home. Items are excellent for whatever your need may be and seller will customize each product for you with the size, contents inside, and a scent that you desire. \n\nMy son kept taking mine so I ordered him a larger one for his back. \n\nI also purchased a gift package for a friends birthday! \n\nPackaged nicely and shipped quickly. Seller’s communication and updates were great.
