Quality is great! I ordered one in March (24 X 6) and use it almost daily. It's not showing wear. Now, in July, I ordered another (26 X 7) so I would have more heat on shoulders. However, we actually use the larger one draped over my partner's knees each evening. Later, after I've used the smaller heating pad, I take the larger one to bed with me. We use the oven to heat--not over 220 degrees for about 10 minutes. This is now our routine. Thank you, Kelly. Great product. Great service.

Kelly always delivers everything super fast and keeps me posted. I will never buy from anyone again. She makes the best heat pads and you can request different size or amount of rice or flax seed you’d like. She’s always super kind, quick to respond, and willing to do whatever she can to make it how you like. Never had a better customer service. She is amazing and her heat pads are my life saver.

My entire house smells like lavender! I love it - but if you don't like a strong scent, go light. Kelly was so sweet and was in constant communication with me. She listened to why I wanted her product and sent a personal note, along with an extra gift that was unexpected. Her packaging is gorgeous and it made it so fun to open. Great customer service and great quality product!

Customer service isn’t just a customer service. Kelly really keeps you posted with everything and is willing to make any adjustments you needs. She was there assuring me that my heat pad would make it in time for my surgery. And sure enough it came just a few days after my order. She even added gifts very generous gifts for every purchase I made. I definitely and high recommend her and I will continue to buy all my products from her. She’s not just a small business owner but someone you can explain anything to and she will make it happen within her power. Truly the best.

Bought these products a second time and am still amazed. Shipping fast as always and quick delivery. The Product of great quality, cant help to say i really love it. My partner and i use these alot as we both have heavy jobs and these help us relax at the end of a long day at work. I am beyond thrilled with the dragonfly neck wrap I received! The fabrics (cotton dragonfly and flannel back) are excellent quality, beautiful and soft! Kelly made a custom size for me, and it fits perfectly. I've never had such a thorough customer service experience, anywhere, ever. Kelly is full of helpful questions and information. She's an extremely talented maker, with thoughtful attention to every detail. I love the removable/washable cover. The insert is also exquisitely constructed! As other reviews stated, her packaging is wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend buying Kelly's creations, and if you want something custom she'll likely exceed your expectations, as she did with what she created for me. #veryhappycustomer

This is very nice it arrived sooner than expected, seller kept in touch and kept track of the item until it got to its destination. I got to try it out fo the first time and it warms up pretty good it stays on for a good amount of time. My partner also got to try it and he loved it. Its good quality very well made and super useful. I sure will really enjoy it. Thankyou so much.
