If you are looking for a gift for someone who has lost a loved one look no further. I bought this for myself for many reasons. I lost my husband to brain cancer 10 years ago. We had two young children ages 5 and 7. The hospice nurse told us the story of the water bugs and the dragonflies. It’s a beautiful story to help young children understand dying. The story touched my heart and has helped us heal and now my husband is my dragonfly. \n\nI love heating and cooling packs like this. But this one is my new favorite. I ordered the eucalyptus mint and the scent is amazing. \n\nAnd the packaging is exquisite. The personal touches, thank you notes and customer service put the cherry on top. \n\nI highly recommend this product and this shop. You won’t be disappointed.

I purchased 3 of the microwave neck wraps for gifts for my girlfriends for Christmas. They arrives and are wrapped so beautiful. I have one already and I know they work wonderful... Great produce and Great prices too...

Really beautiful heat pad, nice and large to cover lots of different areas. The Eucalyptus and Peppermint combination is absolutely fabulous. Shipping was super fast and the packaging was very well done and thoughtful. Will definitely be purchasing again to give as gifts.

Great quality, great communication! I am wearing the neck ties in my hair. She also sent me a drawer sachet and my dog ate the insides. I reached out and she told me even it was all food grade. She checked in with me the next day. Awesome! I will buy more!

Kelly went above and beyond to make my items and customized them for exactly what I needed. She kept me informed every step of the way. The workmanship is top rate the speed at which she was able to make my special order and get them to me was exceptional. I won’t go anywhere else if I need another or want one as a gift!

The pics listed for the item are spot on, but what blew me away was its packaging. So much TLC went into this and it feels so much more personal than if I bought a heat pad anywhere else. The lavender scent can be smelled from outside the box, and she made sure to include care instructions. She also reached out to keep me informed when my package was shipped and expected delivery. I'm just blown away! Definitely glad I made the decision to shop small business for this! Would never have gotten this kind of care and service with Amazon.
