Yes! I love both items ordered. I have been dealing with painful tennis elbow and the warmth and eucalyptus/peppermint combo ease the pain\nThe packaging is STUNNING & is perfect for gifts for loved ones.

I know I bought this as a heating pad but I stick mine in the freezer and use it as an ice pack. Works great on my sore shoulder and the scent is heavenly!! It will be even better once I get into the cool months and put this wonderful item in the microwave. Size is perfect too!

Kelly work closely with me for this special request since this was the first crafting of these items. They are wonderful! The fragrances I requested for the drawers sachets were lavender/peppermint. For the closet sachet lavender/cedarwood which she had to go the extra mile to locate a cedarwood oil. Kelly’s customer service priority is the customer’s satisfaction. She involved me every step in this project. The scents are just right, enough to add an “ahhhh” when I open the drawer or closet. I would definitely recommend Kelly’s store for your aromatherapy wishes or gifts. This by the way is my 2nd purchase from Kelly but not my last!

My new best friend arrived in a artistically wrapped box ready for gift giving or self giving. Unfortunately due to my lack of patience I tore into it without taking a picture. The craftmanship displayed the love Kelly used in her creative product. Kelly patiently guided me thru the purchase and finally I decided on the larger size. The lavender/peppermint scent is heavenly. My new evening ritual involves the warmed wrap on my shoulders with a favorite glass of wine. Guaranteed to release tension and promote a restful sleep. I am seriously considering purchasing for a gift next time the occasion arises. Thank you, Kelly.

You can't go wrong buying this for yourself or especially as a gift. I ordered the XL Microwave heat pad for my sister's birthday. She absolutely LOVED IT!!! From inside out, it was perfect The gift wrapping was beautiful and the hand made card was gorgeous too. (My sister makes her own cards and she was impressed with the quality and workmanship.) The heating pad and eye mask was very well made and smelled awesome (Iavender). She used the heat pad while making the 6 hour drive home - she just placed it behind her back and turned on her heated seat. The pad kept her from feeling any back pain during the long ride. Thank you Kelly for all the attention to detail. This item was the perfect gift!!

This was the 2nd, and not the last, microwave heating pad purchased from TimelessKreationsDez. This was a gift to a co-worker who was absolutely delighted with her gift. Kelly always does such a great job with her creations - and the extra touches (gift card & wrapping) are so unique. If you're looking for a beautiful and functional gift, this is the one!

I recently moved and haven’t changed my address yet. The post office was about to send my package back, but the seller notified me both on personal email and through Etsy. Because of the sellers efforts, I was able to intercept the package at the post office before they sent it back. I was so thankful for the effort! Also, the product I received was excellent quality and exceeded my expectations! The packaging was beautiful, personalized, and you could tell it was carefully put together. Seller also shipped product out fast. Would recommend to anybody and everybody!
