I have been more than impressed with the processing of this order. this was a gift and couldn't be happier with all the customer care provided to craft such a personalized gift. First of all, being able to customize the type of fill was a huge plus. The extra care given by owner Kelly to create a unique gift card and add such tasteful finishing touches to the gift wrap was just wonderful. Hi Kelly - wonderful presentation and oh my the peppermint with the heat -- how have I never thought to add the oils before I used the pads -- I'm a big essential oil user and LOVE eucalytus. perfect combo - high quality and exceptional follow up - thank you

I got this set for my mother to replace something similar she had in the past. She said it is great, and the removable cover makes it easy to keep clean. The seller was great about communication and had good customization options for people who are sensitive to strong smells. Overall, very happy!

I am very satisfied with the result of these pads. \n\nThey are a comfortable weight, the fabric is very soft and nice to touch. They're sewn with high quality and the scents are soft.\n\nThe customer experience is top-notch, Kelly goes the extra mile making the products as customized for her clients as she can. She's a real delight and her professionalism speaks for itself, I will recommend her work every time.\n\nWhen I told her it was a St Valentine's gift she wrapped it with care and added a really beautiful card with my message on it! My fiancé and I loved the attention to detail the gift had. \n\nThe warmth of the pads and their maker will really make a difference in your purchase.

I love this wrap. Kelly was amazing. She contacted me and let me know all the different options: how much weight I’d like and how strong of a scent. \n\nWhen I said it was a gift, she gift wrapped it with extra care!\n\nI bought this as a gift for my mom and I loved it so much, I ordered one for me!
